We’re all about creating personalised experiences and today we take it a step further.
If you’re visiting us for an appointment that’s at least 30 minutes long, you can now stream your own music, podcasts, audio books or whatever other digital audio you have with you – directly to our treatment room speakers.
Can I get a ‘hell yeah’?
How does it work?
We’re making it super simple for you but there are a couple of caveats. Read on to learn more.
First of all – we can’t be handling your personal devices whether it be mobile phones or tablets, so we don’t! We would hate to drop and/or damage one. So it’s important you know how to turn WIFI and/or Bluetooth on and off and have access to your own pre-made playlists, podcasts, audio books etc.
If you’re using Spotify on either Android or Apple, you can connect via Bluetooth or WIFI (the choice is yours). We’ll provide the password to our WIFI upon arrival if required. This will help save your precious mobile data.
Once you’re connected, open the Spotify app and you’ll be able to select the speaker you wish to stream your audio too. We’ll let you know which one to select.
If you’re using something like Apple Music – you may need to connect via Bluetooth. To our knowledge, WIFI streaming isn’t available with Apple Music.
Whatever the case may be, we’ll do our best to ‘hook you up’!

This service is currently in trial and may not be available “every time” you visit until we iron out the kinks (give us a month or two). Your feedback would be greatly appreciated as always.
We cannot guarantee this will work on all devices – although we’ve done our best.
If you’d like to take advantage of this service, it’s important that you “arrive early to your appointment”, especially if it’s your first time using the service. Please ensure WIFI and/or Bluetooth is turned on and ready to go, as well as your audio app of choice. This way we can get you connected as quickly as possible.
If for whatever reason your device doesn’t connect immediately, we unfortunately cannot troubleshoot the problem for you. You will need to give it a miss. Your appointment still needs to start and finish on time to ensure we don’t run late for appointments that follow yours. We’ve tested this over and over again on various devices and it shouldn’t take any longer than 10-15 seconds (20 max) to complete the process.
We can’t stop the treatment so you can change tracks, pick a new playlist etc. It’s important you pick a playlist (or make one) that will last the duration of your appointment.
