If you would like us to post a Gift Voucher for you, we can do so via Registered Express Post only which incurs a $10 fee.*
Why dollar values only?
A package or treatment that once existed may not do so in 12 months time. The treatments associated with a package may also be altered.
Dollar values provide the recipient with greater flexibility and long term use. They can pick and choose what to redeem their Gift Voucher on and when. They can even split it over multiple treatments and/or product purchases.
For this reason, we only offer Gift Vouchers in dollar values.
Redeeming
Gift Vouchers can be used to redeem both treatments and/or products – in part or in full. It does not need to be used in a single visit.
You must present your Gift Voucher upon redemtion.
At this time, Gift Vouchers can not be used to purchase products online. If you wish to purchase products you will need to visit the clinic in person.
* We do not send vouchers by any means other than Registered Express Post. This ensures the voucher is tracked, requires a signature upon delivery, and is delivered as quickly as possible. Having said that, we take no responsibility for any Gift Voucher once it has left our hands as we have no control beyond this point.
