A patch test will also be performed to help us identify optimal settings for you skin. This gives us an opportuntiy to see how your skin reacts to the laser as well.

How long does the treatment take?
Depending on the size of the area being treated, it will take anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes (maximum per session).

What does it feel like?
There is likely to be some mild discomfort - but it's shouldn't be unbearable. In cases it might feel like a rubber-band snapping against your skin.

What can I expect after a treatment?
The majority our clients will experience mild to moderate redness, and some brusing in the area is to be expected. This will usually subside fairly quickly and be completely gone within a couple of days.

Is the procedure safe?
Yes. In the hands of fully trained and experienced laser specialist, the treatment is completely safe.

How many treatments will I require?
This will depend on the area being treated and the vascular lessions themselves but most clients only need 1-3 treatments to see 90% or more reduction.

Why choose us?

Laser clinics are popping up all over the place - so what makes us different? Why should you visit us instead of the one just around the corner? What makes us better?

Well, here are a few reasons:

  • We treat every 6-8+ weeks - not every 4 weeks like many clinics. This ensures we are targeting your hairs in the right growth phase resulting in better, faster results.
  • We take our training seriously! In Victoria, Laser and IPL/SHR is unregulated which means "anyone" (literally) can use a device regardless of skill level, skin knowledge or experience. We hold nationally recognised laser safety and advanced laser certifications endorsed by the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery - and these certifications are on display for you to see.
  • You'll always see the same Laser Specialist. You don't have to worry about who will be performing your treatments each time. Have you ever visited one of those express clinics such as those found in shopping centres and each time you end up getting a completely different person that has no idea of your treatment history?
  • You're treated like an individual. Your treatments are personalised and tailored. We listen to you, understand your concerns, and address them appropriately and professionally.
  • We are not an express service. You should never feel like just another number. While we can't stand around chatting to you all day (as much as we'd like too) you don't have to worry about being rushed in and out like there was no care taken. The service will be performed professionally and responsibly with all due care.

We're not just another laser clinic. We are 'your' laser clinic!
